The archive, founded in 1996 has, at the time of writing, stored more than a trillion web pages, many of which have disappeared from anywhere else on the internet, and are much too valuable to have been lost.
It has preserved U.S. government records that have been vandalized by the Trump administration in their Orwellian Ministry of Truth fashion.
In my humble opinion, my blog contains material that is valuable enough to be preserved, containing both my works and those of others. I don't know how much longer Blogger, or I for that matter, will be around.
