How to reconcile the sexual proclivities of James 1 with those who quote 'his' Bible verses about homosexuality? 

Note: I am as straight as they come, if you'll excuse the double entendre, and my opinion is that people should mind their own business, but this matter struck me as a bit of a puzzle.
