OK. I looked into web hosting for a new site we could use.

I signed up to Wordpress, but I found the user interface a mess, and so impenetrable as to be unusable, so I asked for a refund.
Next, I looked at Wix, but discovered it was an Israeli site, so that was out.
So Weebly? It kept getting stuck in endless loops.
None of the other offerings I looked at are any more adequate. And then I had an idea.
I created a Google account and got 15G free storage.
I have started creating content for it in Google Drive. Early days, but here is a sample page Sample Page
I want to copy my material to it. I don't trust Blogger to stay around longer term, and its features are not that great anyway. I "reached out" to the Internet Archive, who were only prodded to message me when I stopped my regular payments to them. They promised to send my queries about archiving my material to the appropriate people there, but it appears that such "appropriate people" don't exist.
If you want to help me build a site using Google Docs, pop me your email in a private message, and I will give you editing rights.
We can also build a bigger resource if you do the same as me. Use a Google account to store your work, and we can link to and work on one another's content.
Let me know what you think.
